The Canadian Association of Management Consultants is proud to release the 2011 Industry Study, which reveals that Canada's industry remains solid at $9 billion. Public and private sector organizations use consultants equally as they seek to improve their performance.
The challenge for firms, as we proceed through the second half of 2011, is to find talent. Growth opportunities require outstanding human resources and this, remains the #1 challenge in the industry.
This trend is not expected to subside, even if the economy doesn't growth at the pace projected. With the looming retirements from the baby boomers, this war for talent will only be exacerbated as we move forward.
